Academics

The university pledges a supportive academic environment, matched by students’ dedication to pushing their intellectual boundaries.

In fact, 40% of our spring 2024 graduates earned Illinois Promise distinction by earning a GPA at or above 3.5 and the entire spring graduating class carried an overall 3.31 GPA. 

Community

Illinois Promise Scholars connect with their peers and classmates, enriching their campus experience through mutual support and involvement.

Illinois Promise Scholars embody the academic excellence and community supported by your generosity, none more so than the Illinois Promise Council (IPC), who work year-round to plan events with and for their peers.
