Dance at Illinois: Black on Black ⨉ 𝟺

Black on Black ⨉ 𝟺 is a Dance at Illinois project aiming to highlight the impact, diversity, and innovation of Black Dance artistry.

With the support of donors and alumni, Dance at Illinois will feature a total of 8 Black dance artists throughout the 2025-26 season. International guest artists will be invited to campus to create works, give lectures, teach masterclasses, and to engage with the local community. This funding opportunity will enable us to increase awareness and reach new audiences on campus in the Champaign-Urbana community and beyond.
